Returns & Exchanges

At TITIN, we believe in the proven and exemplary performance of our products. If your workout apparel isn’t motivating you, then you’re using the wrong product. If your workouts aren’t working, then you need to make a change. Don’t settle for second class when you can experience first class with TITIN.
If, for whatever reason, you need to return/exchange an item, our policies have been developed, just like our products, to ease your pain. Please read the itemized guidelines below. We, at TITIN, promise to do our best to rectify these matters because all of our customers matter.

Exchanges #1 (i.e. Shirt/Shorts does not fit): TITIN offers a 30-day warranty on shirts; 1 year warranty on gels*


Step 1: Contact TITIN’s Support Team at 1-212-273-3317 or email: exchanges@titin.com


Step 2: If time of possession is within 30 days, the Team will generate a return label.


Step 3: Send back the Shirt/Shorts only (KEEP THE GELS!) within 21 days of initiating the return.


Step 4: Once the product is received at TITIN’s facility, we will conduct a detailed inspection of the goods. If officially approved, the Team will then send out a new shirt to the client.

Exchanges #2 (i.e. Manufacturing errors): TITIN offers a 30-day warranty on Shirt/Shorts ; 1 year warranty on gels*

Step 2: Team requires photos to be provided, with supporting documentation regarding all manufacturing errors noted in product


Step 3: If exchange is received at TITIN’s facility within 30 days, Team will send out a new product. (NOTE: TITIN extends this option as a trusted courtesy. Therefore, any replaced defective units must be discarded as we trust you will NOT wear, continue to use, or give away your defective item. TITIN reserves the right to maintain the highest quality standards, which is why we proudly offer replacements.)

Returns: TITIN offers a 30-day warranty on shirts; 1 year warranty on gels*


Step 1: Contact TITIN’s Support Team at 1-212-273-3317 or email: exchanges@titin.com within 30 days of receiving your order


Step 2: Provide a detailed reason for the return.


Step 3: The Team may need additional time to process returns. Thusly, we request & appreciate your patience.


Step 4: Client will ship product back to TITIN’s facility at customer’s own expense.


Step 5: If product is received (in perfect condition) within and/or possibly beyond 21 days of initiating the return, the Team will refund customer upon inspection & approval to do so.

TITIN offers a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects found in the Iso-Gel inserts. This warranty is valid for 1 year provided that all TITIN product usage instructions are followed. Customers are welcome to contact TITIN if further assistance or clarifications are required.
