  • At this time, TITIN ships merchandise to locations within the continuous United States.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • At this time Titin Corporation does not ship to destinations outside of the United States.  If you live outside the United States and are interested in purchasing this product, please email us at Info@TitinTech.com and we will contact you with estimated dates for delivery to your country.



  • Sales Tax

  • TITIN charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of unworn, or defective items, within 30 days of receipt of  purchase. Please send original sales receipt with the return shipment. Return packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS), or we can send you a return label for a charge of $15.00 USD . Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address.

     

    Exchange Policy

    If you receive  your order and it is not the right fit, color, or any combination of both you can exchange it within 30 days. We will exchange items with no charge if it was an error on our part. For exchanges of different sizes there is a charge of $15.00 for shipping the corrected item. You can also contact us at info@titintech.com for any exchanges or questions about exchanges. We treat each situation with care and understanding depending on the action that is needed.

     

    To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

    Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.

    For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. TITIN Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, TITIN Inc. will reimburse the return shipping charges.
